How to Apply
We are delighted that you are considering enrolling your daughter in Derech Emunah, Seattle Jewish Girls High School. We are excited to partner with you in providing an outstanding Torah and general education for all our students. The application process is outlined below.

Please submit the following items by Friday, February 26, 2021:
- Application forms from the enrollment packet (including the forms from your daughter’s current school)
- $150 application fee. After Friday, February 26, 2021, the application fee goes up to $250 per student
Tuition for the 2021-2022 academic year is $17,750. Derech Emunah utilizes the online service of FAST (Financial Aid for School Tuition) to process the tuition assistance applications. FAST provides a need-based financial aid analysis service which includes a recommendation of what a family should reasonably contribute toward tuition.
All information from FAST is kept confidential. The Tuition Assistance Committee will review the information and make the tuition aid determination. Detailed instructions on how to apply through FAST appear on the last page of this letter.
The last day to submit an online Tuition Reduction (FAST) application is March 9, 2021.
Once your daughter’s application is fully submitted and reviewed, you will be contacted to set up an entrance interview for your daughter with the Principal. The meeting will give us an opportunity to get to know your daughter in a more individualized way and to assess her skills and abilities further.
Formal acceptance letters will be sent out by March 12, 2021.
Tuition contracts will be sent out by April 19, 2021. There will be a two-week opportunity to appeal the tuition assessment to the Tuition Assistance Committee.
Signed tuition contracts must be returned by May 1, 2021.
Tuition payments must be set up by July 1, 2021 and payment will be charged/pulled on July 15, 2021.
Derech Emunah offers three payment options:
- Pay in full by check
- Twelve equal credit card payments. Please provide your credit card details to Derech Emunah's front office to utilize this option. This option includes a 3% surcharge.
- Twelve automatic deductions from your bank account. To use this option, please provide a voided check to the Derech Emunah’s front office.
