About Yulia Chubotin
Teaches Art
She holds an MFA in painting from the National Academy of Fine Arts in Kiev, Ukraine. She moved to Seattle in 1993, and has been teaching art since 1996. She is experienced in most drawing, printmaking and painting techniques and her work is included in private collections around the world. She loves helping students to learn techniques, observation skills, and create art.
